How long does my order take to ship?

Orders will ship out via USPS in 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

What is your return policy? 

Here at BloomGlow your satisfaction is our goal. Please feel free to contact us with any candle related concerns we may be able to assist with. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please let us know if the item(s) were received damaged.

For refunds, exchanges and returns you have 7 days from the received date to take advantage of the return policy. The purchaser is responsible for paying any shipping costs required to return the item and shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a refund is approved, an email notification will be sent to the original purchaser to confirm receipt of the returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
